Available Positions
Landscape Technician Position
Responsibilities:
-Be able to learn on the job and deliver professional results
-Follow the directions of the foreman and know how to work on a team
-Care for and safely operate company tools and equipment.
-Present yourself professionally and act in accordance with company core values
Requirements:
-Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
-Have reliable transportation at all times
-100% Drug free at all times
-Dedicated to our core values: care, humility, integrity and positivity
-At least one year experience in the field preferred, but not required
-Some experience in hardscape and softscape installs preferred, but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
-Pay $17-$23/hr DOE plus bonuses
-SIMPLE IRA with a 3% match
-One week paid vacation after one year employment

-Annual boot/work apparel allowance
Landscape Foreman Position
Responsibilities:
-Lead a landscape crew to efficiently and professionally finish jobs within the scheduled time.
-Effectively and professionally communicate with clients, team members, and vendors.
-Ensure that product is ordered and picked up in a timely manner.
-Responsibly drive company vehicles, if applicable.
-Care for and safely operate company tools and equipment.
-Encourage a culture emulating company core values among the crew assigned to you.
Requirements:
-Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
-Have reliable transportation at all times
-100% Drug free at all times
-Dedicated to our core values: care, humility, integrity and positivity
-At least five years experience in the field you are applying to
-Knowledge of proper installation of standard pavers, block walls, and porcelain pavers
-Ability to read blueprints
-Experience in operating a mini excavator and skid steer
-Management experience preferred, but not necessary

-Pay $28-$35/hr DOE plus bonuses

Landscape Lead Position
Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor a landscape team, ensuring projects are completed with professionalism and efficiency within the stipulated time frame.
Foster open channels of communication with clients, crew members, and suppliers, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
Oversee the timely ordering and collection of materials and resources necessary for projects.
Drive company vehicles responsibly and safely, when required.
Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of all company landscaping tools and equipment.
Promote and uphold the company's core values within your designated team, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
Requirements:
Possession of a valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
Consistent and reliable means of transportation.
Commitment to a drug-free environment at all times.
Strong alignment with our core values: care, humility, integrity, and positivity.
A minimum of five years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
Proficiency in the installation of landscaping elements such as plants, water features, and lighting.
Capability to interpret and execute projects from blueprints.
Experience with landscaping machinery, including mowers, trimmers, and tillers.
Prior experience in a leadership or management role is a plus, though not mandatory.
